We pack our products with utmost care in transit worthy packing so that it reaches you in perfect condition

Since our products are Handcrafted there is bound to be Slight colour/size variation in different batches as there products are not mass produced

Following Products shall not be eligible for Return or Replacement

Damages due to to Mishandling/Misuse of products

Any product which is returned without the original packaging including packaging used for Transit

Any product which is "MADE TO ORDER/CUSTOMIZED"

An order cancellation request can be accepted before it is dispatched.

In-case of Pre Payment the refund would take 5-7 working days

In case of an "MADE TO ORDER/CUSTOMIZED/BULK ORDER" product, no cancellation will be accepted

Our products are not available for resale. In case we find a customer indulging in such "dubious activity" or there is "conflict of interest" SHANA® reserves its right to cancel the order
